Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund less shipping charges. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.). Note: All oils / made to order products are not returnable unless we shipped a product you did not order in error.
You should expect to receive your refund within 7 to 14 business days (not to include weekends / holidays) after we receive your package however, in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly.
If you need to return an item, please contact us (smallbatchcbdoil@gmail.com) with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address within the United States. Note that we ship orders out on average within 24 to 48 business hours after you place your order not to include weekends or holidays.
